Return Policy

WE HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality or taste of your soda, we will either issue you a store credit, or supply you with a refund of your entire amount paid.  We will honor this ONE TIME per person, per address, per business, in a calendar year.

 

If your product has arrived damaged.  We kindly request that you send us a photo of the damaged product along with your refund request. If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the refund processing date. 

 

Rest assured, we do not believe in burdening you with return shipping costs, restocking fees, or any additional charges. Therefore, there is no need to return the damaged product. We simply ask that you ensure proper recycling of the cans.

 

To initiate a credit or refund due to dissatisfaction of the product, or damage of the product, please email us at returns@alamedasoda.com. Please do this within 7 days of delivery.

Missing Delivered Orders:

 

All orders will be emailed a tracking number. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received or located it, we advise you to first contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 with your tracking number. If UPS is unable to assist you further, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you.

Tracking Number Not Received:

 

If you have not received a tracking number from Alameda Soda and it has been 7 days or more since you placed your order, please contact us atorders@alamedasoda.com and we will gladly track down your order for you.

Subscriptions:

 

By subscribing to our products, you explicitly hereby acknowledge and agree that Alameda Soda (or a 3rd party payment processor) is authorized to automatically charge you for the duration of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Your subscription will automatically renew until you decide to cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by signing into your account and clicking "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details.

 

Please note that if you cancel your subscription after your payment has been processed, you will still receive and be charged for your next order. Any charges (including applicable taxes) incurred before the cancellation of your subscription are your responsibility.

Physical Addresses:

 

We only deliver to physical addresses.  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or addresses that are not recognized by either USPS or UPS.   If you try to initiate delivery to a PO Box or non Physical Address that isn’t a primary home, business, residence, or other, or third party mail and packaging provider, Alameda Soda reserves the right to cancel your entire order at any time without prior notice to the customer.

Cancellations, Updates, Changes, Etc.

 

Please be aware that Alameda Soda reserves the right to modify or cancel any part or the entirety of this policy at any time without prior notice to the customer. Additionally, we retain the right to deny refunds or exchanges to any customer for any reason.
